Qualified Meeting
A qualified meeting is a scheduled conversation with a decision-maker who meets agreed qualification criteria. Attendance is often part of the definition: the meeting has to actually take place.
Why it matters
Meetings are where pipeline becomes revenue. Paying for qualified meetings, rather than activity, ties outbound spend directly to sales conversations.
Example
A booked video call with a CFO at an ICP-fit company who confirmed an active need and attended the call.
